What about roaster ovens like the 18 quart Nesco and Rival?
I’ve been thinking about getting one for a long time. I need some extra oven room. These aren’t expensive. Do they work well?
I only just got a stove a couple weeks ago and so for the past few years have used the rival roaster. It is wonderful and a great investment. Brand new at Walmart or Meijer it costs about 40 bucks. I happened to come accross mine at a thrift store for about 10 and it is great!!!! You can roast a 15 pound turkey in it, bake cookies, cakes, lazagna, anything you can make in the oven you can make it this. And they are very easy to clean.
